Instructions
When you need dinner on the table FAST, this 15-minute garlic shrimp pasta is your answer! It's buttery, garlicky, lemony, and absolutely packed with flavor. Let's get cooking!
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
While pasta cooks, pat the shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and sliced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until the garlic is golden and fragrant — watch it carefully so it doesn't burn!
Pour in the white wine and lemon juice. Let it simmer for 2 minutes, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Add the red pepper flakes.
Toss the drained pasta into the skillet along with the shrimp. Add pasta water a splash at a time until the sauce coats the noodles perfectly.
Finish with fresh parsley and a generous shower of Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately with crusty bread for soaking up every drop of that incredible sauce.
Dinner in 15 minutes and it tastes like you spent an hour! This garlic shrimp pasta is proof that fast food can also be amazing food. Bookmark this one — you'll make it every week!
